We want you to feel confident in your Second Era pieces.

This Returns Policy explains how change-of-mind returns work and how your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our 30-day returns policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, and you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy if a product fails to meet those guarantees.

Nothing in this Returns Policy limits, excludes or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns

We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns, provided the item is:

  • returned within 30 days of delivery
  • unworn, unused and unwashed
  • in original condition
  • with tags and packaging intact, where applicable
  • not marked, damaged, stained or altered

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Items that cannot be returned for change of mind

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we may not accept change-of-mind returns for:

  • underwear or intimate garments
  • items marked final sale
  • gift cards
  • worn, washed or damaged items
  • items without original tags, where applicable

This does not affect your Australian Consumer Law rights.

Faulty items

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly described or not fit for purpose, contact us at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photos where possible.

We will assess the issue and provide a remedy where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.

For faulty items or items that fail to meet consumer guarantees, we will provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

If exchanges are available, they will depend on stock availability.

If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.
