Second Era sells women’s activewear, clothing and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, sizing, features and details accurately. However, colours may vary depending on your screen, and product measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

Prices may change at any time without notice. The price payable is the price displayed at the time your order or pre-order is placed.

Payment

Pre-orders

From time to time, Second Era may offer products for pre-order before they are available for dispatch.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• the product is not available for immediate dispatch
• estimated dispatch dates are estimates only and may change due to production, freight, supplier or fulfilment delays
• payment may be taken at the time the pre-order is placed
• we will provide updates if there is a material delay
• if we cannot fulfil your pre-order, we will offer you a refund or alternative remedy
• your Australian Consumer Law rights continue to apply

Order acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order, but does not guarantee acceptance.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, customs, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the products passes to you once the products are delivered to the delivery address provided.
